The AgaMatrix PrestoPro is one of the most affordable Blood Sugar Meters on the market today. It features WaveSense technology, which is claimed to provide the most accurate readings by using “Dynamic Electrochemistry with proprietary enzymes and algorithms designed to correct common errors”.
This is an excellent device however it doesn’t have a high contrast display which may make it unsuitable for some diabetics. Another downside is that it does not store many test results, but if you are used to keeping a record elsewhere then this may not be a problem.
Another feature in its favor is that the test strips are the most affordable of all the Monitors that we tested.
